On the ranch, kids discover who they are by doing the work that needs to be done on an everyday basis. They build confidence, problem-solving skills, resilience, persistence, just to name a few. This is all done through hands-on learning.

At the same time, Ranch School™ creates a sustainable stream of income for adults who already love teaching, mentoring, coaching, and working with kids. You’re using what you already know and do well and turning it into a program that positively impacts kids while also creating a solid, sustainable income for yourself.

Parents are looking for alternatives in education.
Kids need real-world skills.
Families need trusted programs.
And the ag and equine community needs additional income streams that align with their values.
